123 villa in Dubai UAE, is located in Dubai Hills development; overlooking the main green pedestrian spine. Our design is a refined modern design that harmonizes contemporary architecture with functional luxury. The façade combines natural stone, and white concrete slabs to emphasize on the expansive interior spaces that are reflected through the continuous glass facades.
The 900sqm villa, is a sanctuary and a holiday destination for the family who lives abroad, hence each space was treated as a luxurious sanctuary, with double volumes, a ply of skylights and a seamlessly integration between indoor and outdoor spaces where the water feature seeps into the interior through a magical inbetween triple volume next to the main monumental central staircase.
The outdoors include a multi-level infinity pool with cascading water features, integrated loungers, and a sunken firepit lounge, offering a serene setting for relaxation and social gatherings. A landscaped rooftop terrace further enhances the villa's connection to its surroundings, making it a stunning example of modern living in Dubai's premier community.
