  • We are looking for a dynamic and energetic technical architect to lead significant residential estate projects. If you have ten or more years of experience, are highly motivated, enjoy challenges, and have excellent written and visual communication skills, we would like to meet you.

    We are looking for talented Architectural Designers to join our creative and dynamic international practice with the opportunity to work on high-profile architectural commissions globally – from concept to construction. You should bring strong design experience as well as a true understanding and passion for what we do. We want you to become a strong member of our design network with the potential to take on an important role in the development of our growing practice. Positions are currently based in Amman.

    Requirements:
    - Candidate should hold a professional degree in Architecture
    - More than 2 years’ experience in an international-level architectural design firm
    - Strong conceptual, design and graphical skills.
    - Ability to perform and deliver in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment
    - Ability to work well as part of a team in an international environment
    - Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite
    - Able to clearly represent and explain ideas through visualization (diagrams, models, sketches, drawings, renderings)
    - 3D modeling experience
    - Fluency in English; Bilingual (Arabic) a plus
    - Salary and benefits will be commensurate with ability and experience

  • s seeking a skilled Architectural Visualiser to join our London team. We’re looking for someone with a talent for storytelling and the ability to translate bold design concepts into stunning visual narratives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Produce high-quality, photorealistic visuals that bring our architectural visions to life for complex high-profile projects around the globe.
    - Create quick, sketchy visual studies to explore and generate powerful compositions and moods
    - Collaborate closely with the design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to produce creative artworks
    - Prepare 3d/2d assets library periodically to establish an efficient visual production system.
    - Prepare visual study packages for internal reviews and briefings/reference packages for external rendering consultants.

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience in a similar role
    - Proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Forest Pack and other relevant plugins. Unreal Engine experience is a plus
    - Proficiency in Photoshop for 2d image design and post-production.
    - Familiarity with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and ControlNet is advantageous
    - Excellent communication skills in English
